Negatives: I was charged a $75 pet fee that I was NEVER informed of. My mom has a small emotional support dog, and I notified them at check-in. I wasn't informed of any pet fee and didn't find out until I got home and checked my bank statement. She never asked for any paperwork to verify, either.
