Negatives: I almost missed the turn to get onto the property. The pool was very cold, I would have figured it to be heated seeing as it was an indoor pool.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I came Mardi Gras weekend and it was nearly our last resort. 1. You can't get a good nights sleep here. Both nights there was loud noises sounding like somebody was moving furniture , throwing things, running, even stomping that woke us up all throughout the morning and night. I had to call to the front desk several times and it still never stopped. To make things worse we were put in a room next to an exit and as you can imagine all we kept hearing was that door opening and slamming shut. 2. We weren't given enough towels. We got 2 for a total of 3 adults in the room. The night arrived we asked for more and was told they wouldn't start distributing until 9AM. Y'all knew we was coming though. 3. I called Saturday morning around 10AM to request new and more towels. I was told to make sure the old ones were ready to swap out. We threw them all on the floor for housekeeping to get them. After a long day out going to parades and just exploring the city, we come to our room to wash our behinds only to find NO towels. After speaking to the incompetent front desk worker with the gray hair, she had a nasty attitude. She said housekeeping was going to be out for 4 days and there should have been a note in our room as well as they were "out of towels". How are you out of towels on Mardi Gras weekend ? Why is all your housekeeping staff out for 4 days on Mardi Gras weekend ? Why were we not told this in advance ? After asking for reimbursement or compensation due to the inconvenience because we paid $740 to stay at this dump, she asked "for what-- no towels?"......I didn't pay my hard earned money to not be able to wash my behind as a grown woman. She then let me know the GM manager would be there and i could speak with them. If she didn't have any authority to handle my requests, she could've just said so. Classic NPC. 4.

Negatives: Bed was dirty and Leak in bathroom

Negatives: During my entire stay, my room was never serviced. I understand that it was during the Christmas holiday, but I would have hoped that my room would have been serviced at less once during my stay.
