It was Dirty they were lights out in the room the heater didn’t work in the rooms the room was ice cold and nor did the tv work I was given a remote from the front lobby cause the remote was missing out the room and tv still didn’t work after trying to use that remote so went to front desk and was told they had no more rooms they were all booked up and as I tried to get a refund and was told a lie I had to get it from booking but when booking was requesting the paperwork they claimed they never received anything from booking and no one even tried to reach out to me from that facility, so both parties were lying so unprofessional I would never book with this place it has really gone down use to be a nice place years ago
