Everything is wrong in every room I change rooms 3 times period They discriminate they put all the black people in the back towards the fence In the crappy rooms.... There's so much a noise you can't sleep they told you $34 if you don't come downstairs to sign a paper they charge you 5 extra dollars for a new key this was the most ratchet stay ever

Rooms had no refrigerator no microwave / the first room wasn’t cleaned properly when I checked into it the ice machines didn’t work either

Location was not in the greatest location but was close to everything we wanted to do.
Negatives:
The facility was dirty. The pools have been out of order since 2020. One pool has water and looks clear but was told “it will burn your skin off” and “they add a gallon of bleach every day to shock the pool”. The other pool was disgusting and had not been cleaned since 2020. Our pillows had mold on them. Everything in the room that was metal has rust all over it and stained our clothes. There is also no coffee or breakfast served and hasn’t been served since 2020 per the front desk staff. The rooms smelled dirty. Was told if I cancel then I better lock my card because they will charge me a cancellation charge for the total room stay.
The bathroom was the cleanest part of our room and even the bathroom was disgusting.
Smoking room was the only room available for reservations but they definitely had non smoking rooms. We were not given an option.

The location. My a/c unit at wasn't working so I was close to home when the repairman needed to enter my home.

The check-in process was too long even with a paid reservation. The room smelled of mildew and musk. The other residents gathered in the courtyard smoking weed and playing loud music half of the night.
