There was no hot water complain to the front desk and receptionist made it sound like she didn’t care, supposedly maintenance came to fix it and no cold water was coming out, spent 2 nights and we weren’t able to take shower and we had 2 kids with us

I requested for a non-smoking room. I was given a very dirty, damp, smoking room despite making payment close to a month ahead of my trip. I couldn't sleep and they didn't change the room despite my request for another one.
