The tub was backed up. I was charged extra fees for pet but when I booked I mentioned I had a service dog which did not stay at the hotel but I did walk her in to unload all of my items before I brought her to a family member house to be babysat because I will not leave her in the room alone. The walls was molded, ac barely worked. The manager or housekeeper argued with me about my extra charge. Very unprofessional.

Cleaning staff was extremely helpful! Check-in went smoothly but the hotel was fully booked and had no room keys. It was late and security guard helped us access our room! Check in staff was friendly and smiling even at that late hour. Tasha made sure we had ample towels, bathroom accessories, and a clean room!

The other guests were very noisy late at night and they didn’t even try to control their children. Had to ask for room to be cleaned and refreshed but Tasha was very helpful in getting it done!

The lady at check in seemed like she would rather do anything besides be there. The location was loud with people playing loud music, yelling, and carrying on into the early hours of the morning. I got no sleep with all the noise all day and night.

Every evening, when I got back from an excursion, my key had been deactivated. One receptionist kept making excuses (it was too near your tablet, key fob, or phone and on the third day I told her it never touched ANY of those things she said it was in a hot car. It had rained most of that day and never got hot) Every evening I would have to go get linen because I had a 3yo with me and we were taking 2 showers a day. Not a big deal except that, they were always short on linen. Also, on the third night, I told the receptionist that the room could use some attention if they would please clean it the next day. They don't clean it every day, also, not a problem. When I came back to the room the next evening, they still hadn't touched it. The floor is a dark color and you can't tell how nasty it is until a barefoot 3yo steps into the shower after going barefoot on the floor and her feet are totally black. Even after showers, if she didn't put on shoes right away, I had to wash her feet to get into bed or put her shoes on for an outting. If clothing was dropped on the floor and accidentally got stepped on, they got so filthy they couldn't be worn. I wouldn't stay there again, a lot of that filth from the floor is not coming out of my clothes.
