Negatives: Channel select was bad. Beds were not comfortable. Staff lack professionalism

Negatives: The property was very dirty. The elevator did not work and my room was very dirty. The sheets had what looked like blood stains. The pillows were dirty with tiny bugs on them. Pictures were taken and I did not stay at the hotel. I requested a refund. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and extremely apologetic.

Negatives: Here’s your review in English, written in a clear and I had requested a room on the first floor, and when I arrived on Wednesday evening, I was given a room on the first floor as requested. However, I didn’t see any luggage carts in the lobby, so I had to make several trips back and forth to my car to bring in my belongings. On my last trip, my electronic key suddenly stopped working, and since there was no staff at the front desk and everything was locked, I had to call the company’s main phone number. I was left standing outside the hotel for 15 minutes late at night, exhausted, and no one seemed to care about the situation. On Friday evening, another staff member noticed that I had a dog with me and told me that I was not allowed to stay on the first floor with a pet. This was a very unpleasant surprise for me, as no one had asked me about my dog during check-in, and now the hotel was confronting me about it. The employee called the manager, and the manager was rude and unfriendly. She told me that if I didn’t like the rules, I could leave the hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find another hotel nearby for the next two nights because everything was fully booked, so I agreed to move to a room on the second floor. Once again, I had to carry all my belongings to another room. The room on the second floor was dirty. There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, the bathroom door was covered in dog hair, and the floor was dusty. I was too tired to argue anymore, but the final disappointment came on Saturday evening when the elevator stopped working. On Sunday, I had to walk up and down the stairs six times with heavy bags, which left me with terrible back pain. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and I will never book it again
