The property was clean and the employees were nice, the breakfast had a nice selection to choose from .

Positives:
I particularly like the hotel’s 5-minute distance from the airport and the free airport shuttle via a smiling, very helpful driver is a big positive. The large, room sizes are well designed with many electrical outlets and well-equipped kitchens. Noteworthy is the front desk agent, Akia, as she is a big positive with her friendly yet professional approach. I like that the hotel offers free coffees, teas and breakfast, although the quality of the breakfast has gone down (details below).
Negatives:
For me, the mattress was too hard (Room 320) but that might be a personal preference. The quality of the breakfast has gone down from 2 years ago when my family stayed here for 10 days (not booked via Booking because that was an emergency stay due to a fire at my mother’s home that resulted in it being uninhabitable). The breakfast is heavy on unhealthy, sugary options. Better, healthier options are absolutely needed. The breakfast staff, however, continue to be very helpful and they immediately refill any items that run out.
