Positives:
The daytime lady at the front desk was very pleasant and handled things well. Other than that, it wasn't a good stay.
Negatives:
Only one of two elevators was working. The bathtub at some point had been resurfaced and was peeling. The caulking around the tub looks like a 5 year old did it. The tinting on the windows was peeling off. The pantry had no water for purchase.

The elevator was not working. We were on the fifth floor. We asked to be moved down to the first floor because I have health issues and they refused. After we call La Quinta one, 800 number thats only when we were moved to a different room on the 3rd fl

They place a large hold on your credit card and won't tell when you will get it back, also for the price paid they should have both of their elevators running, it was crowded in the lobby with people trying to use one very small elevator

Check in process took way too long. Bathroom in my room was in poor shape. The front desk took a $250 hold on my credit card that still has not been released. Most of the food items in the breakfast area were not available. Bagels and hard boiled eggs ???

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. There was a huge red kool aid stain on the floor and the toilet in my room kept recycling every 5 minutes. I had to wake my son up in the middle of the night to switch rooms. The next room's bad skirt had stains!

Cockroaches in all parts of hotel. Trash and debris in swimming pool. I was back charged 950 dollars for smoking in room and I have never smoked in my life. Worst hotel experience of my life. Hands down.
