If you cancel your reservation after Jan 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I liked the location and the pricing, however you get what you pay for.

Negatives: As soon I entered it smelt of marijuana even though they explained there was a $400 fee for smoking or vaping. It was old and run down. My bed was clean, however the bathroom needed a whole remodel.
