La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Orleans Airport

Negatives: 1. We had to pay for parking. 2. You all didn’t tell the guest about the $250 security deposit while you booking it, that needs to be at the top of the page with the pricing. 3. We didn’t get any clean towels, washcloths , and our linens didn’t get changed all either, and we didn’t get a full roll of toilet tissue either and there wasn’t a spare roll neither. The towels, washcloths and sheets that we checked in with was the same ones we checked out with. 4. When I went downstairs to ask for clean towels and stuff, they didn’t have any. 5. They only had 1 elevator working, and the people that was in front of us got stuck in the elevator and they had to call the firefighters. And we was on the fourth floor and I have a bad knee due to knee surgery and I had to take the stairs. 6. And the breakfast was garbage, the money that all the guests in that hotel is paying, they could have had a better breakfast than cereal, boiled eggs, bagel, juice and coffee. Really what happened to scrambled eggs bacon and sausage and fruit, waffles, pancakes and stuff. This stay was horrible and the worst experience that myself and my husband has ever had.

Negatives: Roaches Shower leaking Not enough towels for the amount of guess listed

Negatives: No hot breakfast as the website showed. Noone cleaned our room nor did they ask. Never got extras towels for our 2 night stay. We asked for extra pillows twice and never got them. The pillows were very small. The air co and filter needed to be changed it stunk in the room. The soap dish for bathtub had mildew around it

Negatives: Microwave a refrigerator was broken they don’t clean up the rooms for three days unless you ask. Then they want you to pay for parking

Negatives: We booked a night a month before arriving, specified that we would arrive after midnight, between 00:00 and 01:00 and when we arrived, our room was not available. And the personnel was not even sorry. They didn't tried to find a solution. They were not even nice. The people in the hotel were also not really recommendable people and it was dirty everywhere. We had to call customer service of booking. We finally went to sleep at 3:15 in the morning in another hotel...

Negatives: We booked through booking.com. But once we arrived we found out we did not have a room. La Quinta Receptionist said they provide rooms first come first serve basis, which the booking. Com has not mentioned us beforehand and all the rooms are occupied. So whole night we said outside the hotel. Also, booking.com customer service put us on hold through phone to get the full refund. It was a terrible experience. Never ever recommend La Quanta, specially the booking through booking.com

Negatives: This was the worst place I've ever stayed. There was a huge red kool aid stain on the floor and the toilet in my room kept recycling every 5 minutes. I had to wake my son up in the middle of the night to switch rooms. The next room's bad skirt had stains!
