I was not pleased

Everything was great! I didn't catch his name but the man at the front desk was super helpful with kindly letting me know that y'all don't accept cash app as payment, but my bank wasn't near by so he told me where the nearest dollar store was for me to load more money to cash app to transfer to the bank. We have stayed at this specific hotel multiple times for my daughter's appointments at Ochsner's.

I wasn't informed before arriving at the hotel that we now had to pay to park, also that the pool was closed. Neither of those things were listed on the website.

When I got there they charged me 12 dollars a day for parking. This wasn’t mentioned in the price. I would have never booked it. The breakfast lady had a bad attitude.

I liked the customer service and the accommodations for early check in. The bed was comfortable and smelled great!

I did not like the breakfast was never fully stocked, the shower in my room was very dirty and smelled like mold/mildew. The AC unit in my room was extremely loud.
