employee at the front desk wasn’t in uniform when I arrived at 3 am so I was unsettled,roaches , there were druggies outside the hotel and inside trying to hold my luggage, all trash cans were over flowing when I arrived and left, floors at nails

The room was terrible, floor sticky and tiles bubbled up off the floor, extra lock on door wouldn’t lock cause half of it was missing… and I couldn’t get a refund!! VERY UPSET……

Crackhead all around. My room was awful. The bed was broken. I didn't have a spread on my bed. No trash can. It was a messed up experience. Drug transactions done right in front of me so I checked out and left. Couldn't sleep in the bed because broke.
