The staff was AMAZING! The kind lady at the front desk helped fix a problem with the room (that was a problem for me, but was standard for the room) She went FAR above and beyond!!

The pictures on every website as well as the description showed the Double Queen room as having an arm chair and due to the new remodel, it now does not.

4 days after I made reservation I needed to cancel for medical reasons. I contacted motel 19 days before my March 1 reservation requesting waiver of 100% cancellation penalty. No response. Called 3 times 3 times manager unavailable 3 times. Never a call back. I have stayed in Best Westerns at least 14 times last 3 years. They get not one more nickel.

Front desk on arrival was very accomodating
Negatives:
This is a pet friendly property which is fine. However, several people with dogs left them to go out and they barked for hours. It was extremely annoying in the evening. There should be a rule against leaving dogs alone in the room.
