We stayed during a volleyball tournament and my daughter had no hot water to bathe in. We had to have her clean up somewhere else. Our TV glitched so bad you could not watch it. Phones to front desk to complain about no hot water did not work.

Location was good. Staff was nice.
Negatives:
Hotel charged my card 3 times. Notified hotel manager promised to resolve issue by releasing hold and giving points. Three days later my card was charged again, holds still hadn't been released, and still no points on account. When I tried to reach hotel their phone was disconnected. Also had a cockroach in room.
