The bed was the only exception to the entire stay.
Negatives:
We called multiple times about the pool, as my daughter who is terminal really wanted to swim. Never was it disclosed that the pool heater was broken as the pool it self was a solid 50 degrees. Ice cold not swimable.
The air conditioner unit leaked every where having the floor soaking wet.
There was hairs in the bedding, & in the shower.
The shower was a nasty mess, body wash container was empty.
The television worked when it wanted as far as getting stuck and not changing channels etc.

Wish they would have had the items and pleasure that was advertised. The pool and hot tub were both freezing. The pool room also was freezing. Asked for heat to be turned on and never was. Breakfast was not served like shown on site.

The cleanliness, the warm welcome by the front desk. She was very sweet. The beds are amazzzingg. The balcony was even better at night. Added a little touch to the room!

The women who was cooking Saturday night had the biggest attitude. The food wings wasn’t cooked all the way. They were so chewy. I ordered to plain, got one plain one buffalo. Ordered a whole salad got a half. I hate to complain but I spent 85$ on 1 plate & 3 sides. Then morning all the kids get up & go down for breakfast & the front desk lady says rudely no one showed up so it’s closed. I politely ask so no breakfast at all? She said NO, I work on this side they work on that side I’m here doing my job I don’t I’m know about them but nobody showed up.
