A great deal, Our first room had no TV remote so you couldn't watch TV and no working phone in the room. We were moved to another room where the sheets were torn, the cover was stained and no water pressure for a shower so we couldn't bathe.

Having Wi-Fi but had to reconnect every time I went to use it.

They had small roaches on the floor when you turn on the lights. Toilet wasn't clean too well and there was black mold on the shower curtain and ceiling. And a strange noise every night somewhere in the bathroom area. Then my key didn't work twice.

The milk at breakfast was rancid and I think they used the same milk in the waffle batter and it was also bad.
