The property was in a nice location.
Negatives:
My air condition was leaking. The property was not able to give me another room because they said they were sold out. They have not issued me a refund bcc they stated that I booked through booking and not through them. They won’t even return bookings calls. They have been really unprofessional and not willing to accommodate for my horrible experience. I would not recommend booking this hotel because if something goes wrong, they are not willing to make it right.
