The man working the night of my stay was very rude, disrespectful, and a liar. I was told I would receive a full refund and I DID NOT receive that. I only received half of what I paid with a whole bunch of attitude. My friend and I felt dirty and unsafe.

I booked a room through booking.com..for the night, since my family and I were traveling a long distance. When we arrived at 2:30 am the front desk attendant said we couldn't check in until 4pm on that day. They suggested I cancel and just check in as a walk in, however we didn't stay. And hopefully waiting on a refund for cancelation. had to go to a different hotel property.

Worst stay ever literally
Positives:
Price was right. Daughter was in a medically induced coma at Lafayette General. Emergency surgery - needed a place to sleep. ICU visiting hours are 9am - 8pm.
Negatives:
Bathroom floor always seemed wet. There is a drain in the floor. Can see water.
Bed frame was metal - everytime we moved it made noise.

The outside area was clean. .

The room , the bed sheets were dirty , looked like someone had just checked out the room before us . My 1 year old son was sleeping in smoke ashes . & I didn’t noticed until mid- hours of the night when I removed the blanket from on top of him . The sheets were full of yellow stains . Blankets full of burnt holes from smoking .
