Negatives: The beds are very hard need better mattress and I don't live dog it smells just like dogs..

Negatives: Bathroom had no vent. Everything in bathroom wet after showering. AC struggled some.

Negatives: The rooms were much smaller in person than described online. The beds were not cleaned properly whatsoever! There was buildup of dirt and crumbs and other debris around the edge of the bed frames and the mattresses. Also, the entire room smelled as if it were stale and had not been cleaned for a very long time. On top of all of this, there were little league baseball teams staying at the hotel and running rampant throughout the premises and were disturbingly loud and running around the hallways and lobby. Staff did nothing to try and get the parents/coaches to settle the children down as they were disturbing many of the guests. I was very dissatisfied with the service and the facility overall and we left within the first 2 hours of checking in.

Negatives: The customers smoking.

Negatives: Beds too small for two people, room door too difficult to close and the elevators need more wait time.

Negatives: The room was bare. Nothing but a rolling chair to sit on. Bathroom vent didn’t work so by the time I got out of the shower the whole bathroom was wet. The walls and countertops were wet. Blinds were broken and floors were filthy. Exposed wires with wire nuts.

Negatives: Room floor was dirty, I suggest you mop it more often. There were sticky stains all over. Thank you

Negatives: I thought the microwave would've been the room and not by the snacks at the counter. It was inconvenient to go down to the lobby to heat up food. I won't book there again.

Negatives: When I checked in, they said I have to pay again and cancel with Booking.com, it took a while to convince the frontdesk person that I was not by any circumstances do that.
