This was a stay-cation to celebrate my daughter's birthday with several of her friends. They enjoyed the pool table, game area, and outdoor space. The hotel is more family-friendly than any other I've stayed at, and I am so happy I chose it for my daughter's birthday. The pool was a little cloudy, but the seating area and outdoor space are lovely. The staff were absolutely fabulous! We had one hiccup, but the front desk staff, I wish I could remember their names, were fantastic!
Negatives:
I requested 2 rooms, connecting, and although the hotel was able to accommodate the second room, it was not ready. I had to ask the front desk to clean the room, and by then the housekeeping staff had left for the day. The front desk asked me if I wanted to change rooms, but I had already decorated one room for my daughter's birthday, so they found someone to clean the room.

Location shown is wrong. Pool so cloudy, you couldn’t see the bottom. Hair all over sheets, mold growing on shower hose with major stream of water shooting out the side, no decorative shade, hoely plastic white shade won’t open, floor very dirty.

Staff was super nice. The lobby was fun and clean. The gym was very nicely equipped, clean and easy to use.

The room lacked some cleaning. The hair dryer was covered in old hair and some kind of slimy residue and the floor needed mopping. There were only 3 pillows per bed and the AC was set to 76 when we got there so it was very warm. The lamp was broken. The mattress was so uncomfortable and my back hurt from it and I couldn't sleep well. The pool patio had a ton of loose bricks that were a hazard and the pool was filled with sand. The staff smoking area was right next to the pool so the outside smelled like cigarettes and natural gas for some reason. The breakfast kept running out of food and coffee so we did a lot of waiting and what was advertised wasn't what was served.
