Negatives: We encountered a rude bartender in the casino. And it took over 40 mins to get our car from the valet. They never called it the first time I gave them my ticket.

Negatives: One thing I didn’t like was that the shower water was either cold or boiling hot….no in between

Negatives: The standard coffee used in all of the restaurants was soooo bland it was almost tasteless. I feel like this was to force people to use the Starbucks. And, the Starbucks had a gentleman working there that had a bit of an attitude and absolutely refused my mother's request to leave her pumpkin bread in the sealed packaging. This is something that we always request at every Starbucks we go to, and he rudely refused. Also, they place the finished items on the counter in a way that makes customers touch other people's orders to find their own. WHAT!!! Like people should be touching other people's cups/food packages to determine which order is theirs?!? I thought it might have been a fluke the first time because they seemed short handed. But, nope, this was normal practice.

Negatives: The restaurants were overpriced for the quality and it took a long time to be served

Negatives: Carpet in the room was very dirty. Someone had cut their fingernails or toenails and they were scattered throughout the carpet. Staff was very slow to perform the modest daily functions of changing towels, emptying waste baskets and refreshing water bottles. Several times we met staff at the door late in the afternoon when they finally arrived and gave them towels, wastebasket contents at the door.

Negatives: In the corner of the room the carpet was getting wet from the neighboring room running their bath
