The sheets on the bed had stains. housekeeper said the person that was in the room prior to our arrival checked out late and she had not had time to change the sheets, not good. Housekeeper change sheets, bedspread and pillow cases.

The pool water was green and hazy. It looked like pond water. They didn’t have our room ready until almost 7pm at night when check in was at 4. There was hair all in the bathroom. The microwave was dirty along with the bedside tables. Worst place I have ever stayed.
