The building was very pretty inside and out. My queen suite was super spacious. The bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on - amazing! 10/10
Negatives:
There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. I guess if I had to absolutely choose something, it would be that the ice machine wasn't working. Also, I wasn't able to make ice in the freezer. Not too much of a big deal, overall my stay and experience was really great!

I didn’t like that the pool was closed the whole stay. I believe that somehow needs to be communicated somewhere because a lot of times people select certain hotels based on the pool. I really wish that could’ve been communicated because I really wanted to enjoy the pool.

Everything over all was great. Room had plenty of space and free breakfast was a plus.
Negatives:
We were given a handicap room and the door to the restroom would not close all the way. We had to announce and have someone stand in front of the door every time someone went to the restroom. When we would shower the water wouldn’t go down the drain in the shower and would spill over all the floor. We tried to control the mess but we made pools every time someone showered.
