The was very close to the GNLC casino where our event was taking place. .the hotel offer a shuttle to the casinos and that a plus. Breakfast was really good too.

The ac was not working in our room when we first got there. Front desk stated maintenance was coming. After 20 minutes of waiting I had to call the front desk and demand a new room bc we had things to do other than wait in a room that's temperature was at 85 degrees. I had to come downstairs to be told they didn't have any rooms but they would give us someone else's room that hasn't checked in yet. Oh the free breakfast was joke.

The track light did not work we called maintenance and they came, but the stated that it was something more than a blown light bulbs.. so lighting was bad. The Tv kept going out.. told staff.. they tell me nothing is wrong.. went to the 2 times, upset

Maybe more choices, add bacon. Meat/sausage was salty. Details in the bathroom could have been done properly. Caulking was sloppy. Theres black stain at sides of the mirror.
