The rabbits and the raccoons running around the parking lot when you park your car at night or go to get in your car and I parked under the canopy and guest service lady said couldn't park there so I had to come back out with my wife when she had to go take care of some business, she was scared of your animals

Positives:
After a long overnight trip we were able to come and check right in with no waiting, problems or hassles. All the staff were wonderful, eg, the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast hostess.
I was really impressed when I walked through the room door and saw my name on the TV screen welcoming me. The beds were very comfy, the decor in the room was simply beautiful, and I really enjoyed the workout room with all new Peloton equipment.
Lastly, I really enjoyed the hot variety breakfast that was provided daily, eg, scrambled eggs or omelette, sausage links, patty, and/or smoked sausage, pancakes with a choice of fruit toppings, nuts, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and syrup. Also, there was fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, toast and bagels, milk, juice, tea and coffee.
Negatives:
There was an issue with the bedding. However, the issue was immediately corrected by the manager. The outside of the building is a little outdated. You could use a little outside renovations to the new and updated look on the inside.
Also, I didn’t like the fact that my tire was sliced in the parking lot with an ice peak by someone on this property.
