There was no breakfast offered. But Mom's Diner nearby was great. It was a quieter location than I expected. Although the bed was noisy all night. Every time I moved it probably woke the neighbors.
Negatives:
My wife sprays every room we rent with Lysol. When she sprayed the sheets, we found a hairball in the bed. Very small but none the less it was nasty.
