Positives:
The Hotel lobby and back porch area was amazing. The grounds of the resort were well kept. The view of sunset was beautiful.
Negatives:
The room was dated, lights broken, door wouldn't close without pulling hard, hand rail in bathroom fell off wall, shower stopped working mid use multiple times. Hand rail in elevator falling off wall. Ice machine broken on two floors.

The location was beautiful and very peaceful at night The pool was very nice.

Went to breakfast and instead of everything being brought out at once it came out in parts. The toast came out. Then the egg and sausage. Had the ask for the hash browns that were brought out 10 mins later. My friend didnt receive the pancakes she ask for. The ice machine on the first floor was not working. Plus the hallways were way to hot. The shower head wouldnt switch to different pulses.

We did really like the properties home like lobby and quaint lounge/ bar area and we really could have enjoyed our stay, our room was clean, our beds were comfortable, the only BIG ISSUE we had.we DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER IN OUR ROOM. And they were not able to correct the problem before we left. Restaurant operating schedule, availability of menu items and cooks need some improvement.

I didnt like a damn thing about this place.
Negatives:
This was the absolute worst excuse for a resort that I have ever been to. Not once were the rooms cleaned. We couldnt even get towels for the pool or showers. It was absolutely disgusting in every aspect. The staff was among the rudest Ive ever seen.

Things were clean. Room and bed were comfortable. The grounds were nice. Staff were nice and helpful. The pool was nice, and there are plenty of rockers to enjoy the view outside.
Negatives:
The facility has seen better days. Carpet in the rooms is bad, very worn, and should have been replaced years ago. I could barely see the view from my room as the glass was too etched to see easily out of. The carpet in the elevator is disgustingly filthy. The breakfast served was really bad, though I heard dinner is better. I thought Wyndham meant "really nice." The resort has not been kept up well. It was such a disappointment, but once you get around that, it was a comfortable place to stay.
