The location in proximity to my work address was excellent and the bed (isn’t that the most important part) was above average!! ❤️

Wanted a clean and comfortable room and that's what I got.

My sleep was horrible due to young children next door screaming, laughing, running, playing for hours before and after midnight. I needed adequate sleep to run The Big Easy road race Sunday morning. Thank God security knocked on the door and requested the family to open the door. If they had not appeared on the scene and spoken to the inconsiderate family, I would have perhaps not been able to wake up on time to meet the 7:30am race start time.

Liked the parking garage and the entry into the building! We were able to keep an eye on our vehicle. Staff was great!

The door did not close properly on the third floor when entering from the garage. You would have to slam it closed and many times it was not locked. Not safe at all!

Initially gave me a key to an occupied room; could have been shot walking in on someone
Nothing; there were stains on the sheets, asked for new sheets, the staff brought balled up sheets (though they appeared clean); pillowcase smelled used; room smelled like a dog had been in there (pictures available)
