Elevator was out of order. Hotel staff tried to require my 80 year old disabled husband (who walks with a cane) to climb 3 flights of stairs!!! Then made him wait for hours for a room on the ground floor!!

Was changed into 4 different rooms because of the tub having rust in it. And one room has roaches, the manager refused to give me a refund and told me I was free to leave without one. Ice machine didn't work! Vending machine took your money!

The room smelled of smoke, mildew in shower, restroom door, unsafe appliances plugged into one outlet, connecting rooms, dirty bedding with stains visible. Elevator was broken, stairs unsafe,

SMELLY! It smelled like somebody had left piss soaked laundry marinate for a month. it was so disgusting. The sheets had cigarette Burns in them and blood stains and God knows what else. Bathroom faucet was literally falling apart.

The elevators are broken, the exteriors are dirty, no way to print out a UPS shipping label, the lobby security system requires the FDA to physically walk over and unlock the door, no one answered the phone when I called, twice.
