Room smelled bad, carpet was sticky, missing light in shower, bulbs out other fixtures, bath door was rotten and floor was stained from it, sink fixture was deteriorated, bath faucet dripped constantly, no printer for docs to check in, had to ask for checkout receipt, etc

Very, very dirty, very bad experience, looked at 4 rooms, not one of them changed the sheets. There was hair on the sheets from before, and yellow traces of urine on a cushion under the sheets. I had to go to Walmart and buy a new set of sheets and quilts.

I honestly didn’t like anything, the pictures online is way better than in person. It really looks like a crackhead hotel. The pool was closed and that was the main reason for me to bring my kids. The carpet was filthy and it smelled like cigarettes in the non smoking room! I didn’t feel comfortable at all. They didn’t even have spare blankets. I didn’t like anything about it. It was a first and last time.
