Location, good breakfast, plenty of on site free parking. Beds very comfortable. TV channel selection good.
Negatives:
Water seeped into the cupboard from the laundry room next door. Maintenance placed a noisy fan to dry it out in the room for three days. The seeping water continued so it never dried out. Carpets in the cupboard and eventually half the room carpet was soaked.
