The clean bed spreads and the location.
Negatives:
The fact I asked for a non smoking room and the staff put me and my son above, in between 2 smoking rooms which caused both of us to become sick and have headaches and serve sinus problems for the last 2 days. I would like a member of the management team to call me back about a plan of reimbursement for causing such horrible conditions to me and my son. Neither one of us smokes and if you offer no smoking rooms, you should make it in an area that is non smoking. I am sick and so is my son. If he has to miss work you will pay for his missed day off work. This is gross negligence and not acceptable to do this to someone who paid extra for smoke-free.
