Everything was dirty and the building looks like it’s about to fall apart. This place is a drug invested facility. There’s drug addicts and prostitution everywhere. No where was clean in the place and it is falling a part. Check the reviews and the photos they are all true. I don’t know how this place is legally able to operate

The lobby was hot. The hotel confirmed my reservation however when i arrived the girl at the counter wasn't very friendly and said she saw my reservation but they had no vacancies. Then on top of all that they even had the nerve to still charge my bank card so now I have the joy of trying to find out who to go through to get my money back. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever.

everything it looked abandoned they didn’t provide toilet paper , no ice tried getting a refund from OYÓ itself I was told I couldn’t front desk wouldn’t either. I cried the whole night. It was horrible and I didn’t have enough money to go anywhere else. False advertising with pictures. No pool, no gym it look abandoned
