Positives: I thought that we'd be running extra-late, and when I called the hotel and told them, they assured me that, since I called, they would wait for me. I liked the ease of check-in, the clean comfortable room, and the feeling that I was safe in the rough neighborhood. I also liked what they've done with the place. The rooms are renovated and modern.

Negatives: My son wanted to use the jacuzzi that is built into the tub, but it wasn't working. The tub worked fine otherwise, and I enjoyed the shower. I also noticed that the blow-dryer didn't work. Everything else was fine and dandy!

Positives: The AC worked really well.

Negatives: The room was dirty and had not been cleaned. Housekeeping couldn’t not come until the morning. We had to clean the toilet and tub ourselves. The microwave was filthy and the glass was cracked. The room next to us had a speaker outside our room blasting music and beer cans everywhere. Popsicles was left in the refrigerator and it was dirty on the outside. It was quite obvious it had not been clean not to mention dust everywhere.My Anniversary was ruined.
