The girl that checked me in, although she didn’t know much and I think she was new. She was very kind and courteous.

I went downstairs to get some snacks. I was told that they were having a shift change and I would have to wait. I waited a few minutes and ask them how long it would be and they said well it’s gonna be a little bit longer and I would’ve charged to my room And they asked me is that OK but I’d have to wait and I told them no and left the peanuts there on the on the desk and she had time enough to go over there and grab the peanuts put peanuts up, but I would charge it to my room instead of using cash like I plan on doing. The lady was very rude

I so enjoyed my stay ! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable ! My daughter and I arrived late, around 10 pm, the parking lot was well lit, we were greeted by a very nice receptionist. The hotel was immaculate as well as our room which was also cool /cold upon entering! There is some noise from the near by interstate but that is to be expected and we chose this location because it was convenient for our travel. The breakfast was excellent and area was super clean ! I am Very picky about where I stay when I travel , and this is definitely a place I would recommend and would stay at again ! You get what you pay for and this was worth the money ! My daughter and I felt safe , everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly!

I loved the jacuzzi tub and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and smiling. The lady from housekeeping Rachel was very friendly always had a smile on her face and helpful answering questions. Ms Jessie's breakfast was amazing and wasn't the same thing every day.

I'm on O2, was put on the 3rd floor, also in a wheel chair. The electricity went off at approx 8 pm, didn't come back on till approx 10 pm which was a long time trapped with no oxygen and no way down stairs. People in wheelchairs should have 1st choice of first floor rooms if they don't want to buy a generator to run the building. We did ask about a generator but we're told management had told them they couldn't get one except for first floor...
