The staff was good and friendly. Rooms were cleaned almost everyday out of my two weeks stay.
Negatives:
The pool was closed, the gym was closed, the breakfast was inconsistent and less in quantity. The room had a strange smell. I should get some percentage refund because of breakfast and facility being not what it was advertised

The stay was short and the staff was friendly.

The only good thing about this property was the location. It’s right next door to a Best Western so changing hotels was easy.
Negatives:
If you like sleeping on the ground and using a flat rock as a pillow this is the place for you! The staff are exceptionally skilled at being useless and that breakfast they claim to offer…. If you considered underbaked biscuits and microwaved sausage patties breakfast you’re gonna love this place because that’s all they offer… seriously… that’s all there was. They say you get what you pay for… but we didn’t even get that.

Works were very nice

First the TV would not come on but got lady from desk to come get it on for us. Then only had old stations (like free ones)
Second shower did not spray out about 5 inches from the shower head but had a hand held that still had no pressure. The shower curtain was shot by about 6 in and water went all over the bathroom floor.
Third the room had 2 rooms the second room had a large bath tub and a couch. Weird!
Fourth bed was very hard

we were told they ran out of food 2 days before. So no food except a few pieces of bread. they even told someone that they could go to the store and buy waffle mix and use the machine. Such BS
