I’d stay their again
Positives:
It was a place to rest while in a work trip. It was a last minute booking in an emergency. Staff was more concerned with personal calls that night.
Negatives:
Construction is underway and it felt deserted. Police arrived on a call there when we arrived. Rooms in use were not very updated and had suspicious stains in various areas. Not cleaned very well.

Evening check in went great, very friendly person behind desk.
Negatives:
When I walked into the office/lobby area, the clerk did not say a word, just looked at me as if I were an intruder. I had to inform her I was there to check out, she just held her hand out for my pass key, then informed me of the time it might take to get my refund back. So soft spoken I had to ask her to repeat it a couple times.

Basic lodging, easy on off highway. Good bang for the bucks.

The lady at the front desk who was tasked to work during the hurricane was the sweetest person I've ever meet working for a hotel.
Negatives:
All though I'm not sure it was 100% preventable, half my room had water on the floor due to no door seals during the storm. I'm sure it would have prevented as much water from getting in. But I'm sure it wouldn't have been standing water inside. Parking lot was full of large puddles right where you would exit your vehicle to go to your room so you end up soaking your shoes and socks.

I want a refund we couldn't stay
Positives:
I have a handicapped daughter and we got the 2 bed handicapped room. This is the most fabulous room for me and my daughter. Plenty of space and since she is in a wheel chair was perfect for us. The bathroom was to the level that she could wash her hands and face in the morning or after we ate. The staff was very pleasant and helpful through out the stay. Easy check in and check out. Welcomed and said Thanks come again, asked if we had any problems and would see if they could fix the problem if you had one.
Negatives:
Not a ramp close to the room. When I put towels out, not on a check out day, I did not receive one or more back. Could have called or went to the front and got it/them. The stopper in the tub did not seal.
