Check-in was great. Jeff was awesome and Daisy, the property pup, was lovely. Breakfast was great. Easy to access from the highway and easy to get back on the highway.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the elevator is extremely loud; Our room was one room away from the elevator, and the vibrations/hum from the elevator motor were felt through the walls and bed. Secondly, the toilet was on a constant drip/refill. Lastly, cockroaches.

The staff was rude and unprofessional It’s always Louisiana with the sorriest workers. I’m looking for my keys 11:04 to 11:11 I get harassed about getting double charged and getting the police called on because I won’t leave. Shelia the manager and her laundry workers are sorry. You come to doors with manners. Not yelling laundry and expecting the person to know you asking why you haven’t left yet. They saw me and my husband come in so we not hurting for anything they made it seem like I was trying to steal another day. I will get refunded or my lawyer will be included

The front desk team member (Paula?) was wonderful. The washer worked the first wash but failed to operate the second wash. She proactively found an immediate solution that resolved the matter. Kudos to her for providing a solution! The room was clean and comfortable. Good hot water in the shower. I would recommend the hotel.

Suggest replacing the washer and dryer.
