The hotel is newly renovated, well situated and in a convenient location.
Negatives:
The property simply wasn’t clean (there were desiccated cockroach remains in the closet), the room smelled of a combination of sewerage and mildew (and I couldn’t figure out why), and we had to call three times and, ultimately, walk down to the lobby to get linen for the sofa bed.

The staff was all super friendly and chatty! We left something in our room after leaving and they called not long after to tell us!

The only main complaint was it seemed like there was some form of water leak under the windows and all the carpet about a foot out from the windows were totally soaked and so there was a pretty sour smell
