One of the best stays we have had!! Very comfortable room! Loved having small couch for exta seating. Really appreciated that the king bed was easy to get into. Didn't need a step stool! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Bonus was the hot breakfast, I was not expecting. The hotel was very clean and looked newer. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Towels were old, rooms were dated and not that clean. Staff friendly, but needs more staff. Would be nice if rooms were not hot when we arrive. Hot water was not hot.

The front desk clerk, clean room and overall space, and the nice staff I talked with.

We had the King Presidential Suite and the TV’s did not work the front desk and maintenance staff worked hard to get them working but they couldn’t. I tried to reach the manager Ms Ella when we checked out and she was unavailable and I have called and left her messages to call me and she hasn’t yet. I was disappointed that we were not able to get tv service. I would like a partial refund for the inconvenience of not having tv services.

They cancel the room without notice. No call or anything. We traveling in for a wedding and when we arrive we told that the manager cancel our room earlier that. I’m glad we found an alternative to this. I will never book a room here.
