When we checked in, we were given room 435. Upon entering the room, the bins were still full, linens were off the bed and piled high in the Center, indicating they were dirty, no clean towels etc. When we went downstairs to advise of this, we got an apology and new room, but when we asked if she could confirm if the room was ready, the staff member said ‘no, system says it’s ready but it said that about the other room too’. The minimum she could have done was had someone go to check. We were given a voucher for a free continental breakfast but as we were leaving for a flight in the morning, we just ran in to get coffee for the taxi. The kitchen attendant wouldn’t give us the coffee without charging us, so we just left.

This has to be the least nice AC Hotel I have ever stayed at. Odd rooms, hallways, and dirty bathroom. Parking charges were outrageously high as well.
Positives:
Great location but hotel was 3 star at best. Breakfast was just ok. There were much better hotels for the money.

It was dark, the breakfast average. No bar facilities.
