The room was very cozy and comfortable to say the least! Loved the walk in shower and our room was significantly spacious despite the measurements. Free bottles of water in the fridge was very convenient. Lobby bar was ok and the bartender was very nice.
Negatives:
I really hate checking into a hotel that valets your car but doesn’t help you with your bags. I feel that really takes away from the quality stay and the expensive $40+ dollars a night. When asked the bellman for a cart he seemed unconcerned and just said they are all gone without even checking. The valet pull in area is also very narrow and can only fit about two to three vehicles at a time which is frustrating when trying to check in and facilitate your on bags with no help. This really needs to change. I don’t recall things being this way the last time I stayed here a few years ago.
