This not including the cleaning staff they are awesome. But the front desk staff and security staff are just not welcoming at all.

Room was very clean and quiet. I never heard other people in their rooms or in the hallway. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hot water. Air conditioning.
Negatives:
The elevators were having trouble during our stay, so the wait time’s were irritatingly long.
There were trash bags outside our room from housekeeping for over a day until we moved them over to a cleaning supply closet.
Staff could be friendlier.
