Positives: I like that the property was super clean, the bar was nice & the bartender that was serving on Friday, October 17, was amazing, pet friendly(although I dont have any pets),and the maintenance personal was extremely helpful.
Negatives: We checked in at 4:00 pm. We were in town for a concert that required an early arrival. When we got to our room we noticed it was extremely hot. We set the thermostat to 70. We was out our room by 5:30 with hopes that it would cool off. We arrive back in our room around 12 am. The thermostat said 98 degrees! I called the front desk and explained what was going on. The lady who answered the phone said ok and just hung up. A hour later no one came by or even called so I called the front desk back. The same lady answered the phone and was extremely rude! She said that she put in a work order & asked why didn’t I say anything before I left. I began to explain the situation with her but her attitude was extremely nasty!!! I politely said ok thanks and ended the call. The next morning around 8 am I called back the lady who answered was nice and had maintenance up there within minutes! She moved me to a new room. I needed to extend my stay but due to the rudeness I experienced I decided to go else where
