The beds were super comfortable and the amenities and location were good.
Negatives:
I booked my stay months in advance so I figured I’d get the room I booked. Apparently they were 100% booked, so I received the handicap room. The room had no windows so we felt like we were in a dungeon. The shower was made for handicap individuals so my husband and I had to take turns holding the shower head for each other. We requested a room change which was denied. I felt this was not ideal since we paid $600 for two nights! To note: the manager did listen to my complaints at checkout and came up with a solution that satisfied me. Still, we will not be back.
Also to note the pictures of the pool are definitely photographer magic. The pool is extremely tiny and shallow.
