Lifts stopped working for most of our stay which was 7 nights
Fire alarm system when off three times one night
We were told ,Not to use the lifts and come down by the stairs
we are on the 15th floor and we had our daughter who is not able to walk. It was very stressful. We were told nothing whether the situation was more dangerous
We couldn’t even dial down to the front desk because the condition of the phone in the bedroom Was not useful The ADA bathroom room was damaged by water and I asked for a blow out light bulb to be changed and no one bothered to fix that

Water pressure in the shower was low, light fixtures sometimes worked. The elevator had problems the whole time we stayed. Ants started to pile up in the room day before departure.
