Toilet/tub plumbing was horrible, had to call the maintenance. They just did a patch up job, didnt fix the problem; slow flushing and water draining problems. I was leaving before 5am next day so, I asked for a boxed breakfast, they said NO. I stayed in other Best Western Hotel in North America but, I didnt like this Best Western!!!

Positives:
The staff were kind + inclusion of breakfast. And the hotel was located in convenient area that was easily accessible the many touring spots.
Negatives:
The parking area was not good and inconvenience. In addition, they charged a parking fee of $40 + tax.
Their WiFi was too weak and unstable, so I couldn't use the WiFi at all.
I paid the total hotel fee that was roughly about $200. If I knew better, I wouldn't stay there with that money.
I was tripping with my vehicle and my puppy. I think the hotel may be good for simple travelers, not like me.

Unhappy seeing the size of the room. Felt so claustrophobic. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was having all the basic breakfast. Not what I was expecting after seeing and paying for that kind of hotel.
