It's a nice hotel in a good location, relatively clean.
Negatives:
There was a dog LOUDLY barking in the hotel late at night. Then there was a fire alarm, and it didn't seem like there was any fire, judging from the relaxed state of the firemen who arrived (We had to walk down ten flights of stairs.) When I finally got to sleep after those two events, a man in the hotel was yelling loudly and for an extended period of time. The parking spot we were assigned was taken, and we had to move our car after being approved to take another spot. In all, it was the worst night I have spent in a hotel!

The convenience is right in the heart of the downtown area
Negatives:
My air condition didn’t work in the room. I was hot. I woke up sweating. It was horrible. The maintenance guy came and did something air worked for five minutes then it shut off - the parking I paid for parking that was literally three blocks around the corner and get to the location to park and someone was parked at my number. The hotel did refund me back my money and I found street parking.

Someone stole a master key and opened the door to our room they also stole from another room and attempted to get into multiple rooms. THERE IS NO SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE HALLS OF THE HOTEL!!!!! Did not feel SAFE!!!!
