Someone stole a master key and opened the door to our room they also stole from another room and attempted to get into multiple rooms. THERE IS NO SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE HALLS OF THE HOTEL!!!!! Did not feel SAFE!!!!

Staff were helpful. Rooms were CLEAN. Loved my corner room. My sister also enjoyed it and she’s a neat freak so I was pleased. The location was great for the purpose of our stay (concert).
Negatives:
I’m not sure why but I tried to call. The front desk a few times to ask for questions/assistance with something but there wasn’t a “front desk” button for the phone. When I tried to call the number on the hotel phone it didn’t work. By that point I had just given up. There was also a fire alarm going on nearby for sometime at night and in the morning. But besides that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very central to everything NOLA! 5 minute walk to French Quarter and lots of shops/restaurants right outside your door

Nothing. Those people are a bunch of thieves. I went to check in, but they wanted a security deposit i wasn't prepared to pay. They wouldn't take cash, so I was turned around. Then I get a notification saying my booking was confirmed with a room number, but no key.

Checked us into a room that was already occupied, elevator was 50/50 if it worked or not, took our used towels and didn’t replace them until I went down to get them after asking twice to have them replaced over a 12 hour period, food was low par, parking lot was a block away, homeless people would hang outside and ask for money, our windows faced a wall ten feet away so zero view. I’m guessing the first room they were trying to put me in that had people in it might of had a better view and our room keys would keep malfunctioning causing us to repeatedly go back downstairs to get them reactivated.

I called several times before coming asking about room,but when we got there they had not cancelled a room,after we paid for our room ,we had ,4 rooms,they us our room hadn't been paid for.They finally put us in any room not the Jacuzzi room I paid for.They also charged us for an additional room deposit ?I tried to get this corrected before checking out,they didn't correct it.Worse travel experience,this has made me not to want to book Best Western again, poorly trained staff.
