Positives:
All of the staff was the best! They were very personable and helpful. The front desk person, Dave, went above and beyond. Using a map of the French Quarter he marked out several good places for us to eat. Every single one of them was great. One night when it was raining he lent us his personal umbrella.
Negatives:
If you're traveling in your car and will need to have it available at a specific time this is not the place to stay. Even when I told them the night before and called the front desk 30 minutes before, it was not there. I got to my meeting 2 minutes before it began. This is the only complaint I have. Be prepared to wait at least a half hour once you get to the lobby. The attendants have to walk about 6 blocks to get the car and then drive in the traffic to get to the hotel.
Review
Good! The only downside was some of the rooms do not have Windows. I had read that in the reviews before I went so I knew to expect that. Don't let that keep you from checking this place out.
Positives:
It was a nice location everything was within walking distance.
Negatives:
Price was totally different from what I book with AAA. I booked the room for 888 for 3 nights when I checked out it was 1200 for three nights. I would recommend before booking with AAA is to call the hotel and check for extra fees that was not told to me with AAA
